Slide 1

Your Employee Handbook introductory page shows a navigation column on the left and policies and procedures in the centre. Branding such as your logo and house colour is reflected in your Employee Handbook. To follow this slide show please click the right (for forward) side of the image.

Slide 2

The navigation column provides easy access to any relevant section.

Slide 3

Search facilities enable rapid access to relevant subjects via keywords.

Slide 4

Relevant sections are displayed and provide links to the appropriate section.

Slide 5

Downloadable documents appear in Word format as shown (or pdf) and can be printed out or saved, but the master version held online cannot be edited without authority.

Slide 6

This is just one example of an employee form downloaded. Much time can be saved this way and HR need not keep a stock of forms. There are other facilities too, please talk to us.

Slide 7

The paperless online nature means your policies and procedures are quickly updated. For example the link on this page was changed remotely, by Employer Solutions, to link to the BERR site on the demise of the DTI.

Slide 8

Employees can logout of the Employee Handbook, closing the screen down until next logged on. Remember you, your managers and your employees can access your Employee Handbook from anywhere in the world, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Slide 9

Access to an employee handbook can be controlled for different levels (e.g. management, staff or workers) or different groups (e.g. warehouse, factory or shops). Access is password controlled.

Slide 10

Finally, at your choice, an online employee handbook can be accessed from your own website or intranet.
