We specialise in the “hard skills” of employee relations, skills which if you get them wrong will land you in trouble, particular examples are:

• Personnel officers and HR specialists who may have the knowledge but want to increase their practical skills and learn from the experience of others

We start with a pre-visit to design the training around your particular requirements. We learn about the culture of your organisation and gather relevant information. Learning objectives are suggested and are subsequently set in conjunction with you.

Our training style is facilitative – that is we are there to help delegates to learn whether it is from each other, from their own experience or from the knowledge and skills of the leader. Delegates are helped and encouraged to apply themselves to work issues – which is why we call our events “workshops”.

Appropriate material from your organisation is built into our delivery. Case study and exercise designs will fit your situation.

Delegates take away a pack of useful material that is relevant to the subject.

Videos are often used to reinforce valuable information and to demonstrate skills.

You will always know who is leading your workshop – all our workshop leaders are excellent facilitators, have sound practical experience in the subject area and know the relevant legislation thoroughly.

Fees for in-house workshops are from £750 + VAT per day, for up to 12 delegates.
